Prior to Botco.ai, she founded Ideas Collide, an Inc. 5000 digital agency now in its 15th year serving Fortune 500 companies including major healthcare brands like Blue Cross Blue Shield Arizona and Banner Health. She was previously a digital strategist at Intel and holds an MBA from Arizona State University. Rebecca was born in Costa Rica and spent her formative years in Chile, Argentina and Paraguay. She currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with her three children and enjoys gardening, mentoring entrepreneurs and the outdoors.
