Cecelia Romero is the Assistant Manager of Social Media for P.F. Chang’s in Scottsdale, Arizona. Her day-to-day role consists of community managing P.F. Chang’s social channels, working closely with the organization to create and publish content, craft social media and digital marketing assets, campaigns and processes. She also works closely managing 3rd party partners to craft and execute strategy.
She also has experience in the restaurant and food industry working with brands like Peter Piper Pizza, Paradise Bakery and Kroger Co. to help create content and manage their digital and social media marketing.

Elise leads the Social Media, Acquisition Content Marketing, and SEO teams at LaneTerralever. With more than 10 years of digital marketing and public relations under her belt, she has a passion
for content and helping businesses leverage this asset to increase profits. She’s also helped many notable brands generate leads and awareness through the integration of their marketing mix around their content strategy.
Julia Thompson
Director of Audience Growth, Newsroom, Republic Media
Julia is Director of Audience Growth at The Arizona Republic and azcentral.com. She works on strategy for video, social media, SEO, email newsletters, digital projects and audience analytics. In her 10 years with Gannett, the media company that owns The Republic, she has worked in newsrooms in Tallahassee, Fla.; Des Moines, Iowa; and has been in Phoenix for the past three years. She lives in central Phoenix with her husband and 1-year-old daughter.

Hallie leads Content Strategy for Scottsdale/Los Angeles-based agency Santy. There, her main role is to provide strategy and direction for all digital content initiatives from the foundation of audience, market and channel research. She is passionate about social media and has successfully managed, analyzed and advised on social programs for brands big and small, including Delta Air Lines, Philosophy and Harvest Snaps.
