As a membership-driven association, AZIMA can only achieve its mission through the hard work of dedicated volunteers who are passionate about interactive marketing and committed to growing the interactive industry in Arizona. There are six committees that are the lifeblood of the organization, working with the board of directors to move the organization forward. Committee service is a great way to build relationships with interactive industry leaders. Committee service is a key factor used by the board in recruiting new board members.

Memberships and Sponsorships

Leverages all available AZIMA resources to promote and sell AZIMA sponsorships and memberships.

Programs and Events

Recruits speakers for monthly events and manages the speaker/topic calendar. Reaches out to speakers for information to help promote the event and facilitates logistics for the speaker on the day of the event.

Marketing

Responsible for marketing the organization along with programs and events though all channels including content marketing, social media, and public relations.

Technology

Oversees the platforms for Web site, social media, marketing automation, membership and event registration.

Interactive Awards

Oversees all planning activities, entries, judging, and day of event execution for the annual TIM Awards show.

Academics

Produces an academic resource guide that includes information on undergraduate and graduate programs in related fields along with contact information and program details and manages the internship program.
