Arizona Interactive Marketing Association (AZIMA) is a nonprofit organization setting the standard in interactive marketing in Arizona through education, events, networking, scholarships, and recognition of excellence. Driven by an extreme passion for interactive marketing, AZIMA constantly seeks to raise the bar by improving our members’ understanding and application of industry best practices. Recognizing that all areas of interactive marketing work together to drive results, each interactive discipline—search, social, local, mobile, Web, email, display, video, lead generation, optimization, analytics—is integrated in our programs and events through the year.

Each year, with 10 monthly dinner events, the TIM Awards, and our holiday mixer, AZIMA brings the equivalent of a three-day conference like SMX or SES directly to our membership. Events feature the best and brightest from all over the country from big brands like Google, Facebook, Zappos, Exact Target, Groupon, and The Grammy Awards. A friend of mine here locally, Lon Safko, author of “The Social Media Bible” and “The Fusion Marketing Bible” has put out a new book aggregating an extensive set of his interviews of social media luminaries titled "The Sparks That Ignited The World." It includes several local lights (Amanda Vega, Francine Hardaway, etc.). Lon is making it available at no charge for a limited time from his website at http://www.lonsafko.com/free-historical-interview-ebook/. Hey friends, looking for a few referrals to companies that serve small business budgets (like starting around $500 per month) for PPC (specifically, Google, Bing, and Facebook.) Not sure if such exists, but I know there are some needs in the small business / small budget arena. Just don't know anyone who is seeking to tackle that market. Thanks!

We will gather at the Phoenix Art Museum on March 30, 2017 at 6:00 pm to see whose work stands out, which campaigns hit a home run, which brand rises to the top and who among us did the most to promote our interactive marketing profession. There will be dinner, drinks and a lot of digital innovation! Plus, we’ve doubled our number of categories giving brands and agencies twice the opportunity to show off their hard work and digital innovation.
